2020 has been a very difficult time for all of us, everyday going life was going to be stagnant. It was also difficult for many people to accept the new normal, perhaps that is why we get angry with our loved ones, the birds get irritated.
Nowadays, heartburn, angry, negative feeling has increased because your desires cannot be fulfilled in this situation. We cannot go out or go to a party or watch a movie, we cannot do lots of things and we sit at home fighting with each other.
We are angry, frustrated, and expressing this frustration makes us angry and we are upset with small things. Many people also have to do household work and the problems have increased and the earing has been reduced or even closed in many insists, and these things have increased the tension.
The tendency of our values is to pay attention to negatives, this also corrupts our mood. We focus on what we don't have if we use intelligence in this situation, we will see the situation under any circumstances, and we will be happy, so it is very important to change the attitude, then we should fix the alerts for ourselves so that we are busy, we should exercise and do yoga because when we do yoga our values remain calm, having discipline causes the value to be occupied and decreases in negative areas. By which you will not feel stressed, but you will remain saint and will see others with consciences and love, and you will see that in the same situation your days will be spent in fun, laughing.
